Vaultwarden

Vaultwarden is a lightweight, Bitwarden-compatible password manager server written in Rust. It provides the web vault that browser and mobile extensions talk to, plus shared vaults, collections, secure attachments, an item activity log and two-factor options, while staying compatible with existing Bitwarden clients.

Families and teams use it to store logins, notes and cards in one encrypted place instead of scattered browser profiles or spreadsheets.

Running the server yourself means the encrypted vault never sits with a SaaS vendor, there is no per-user subscription, and the database and attachments are yours to export and restore.
