SearXNG

A metasearch engine that queries many search services at once and returns a single combined result page, with no tracking identifiers and no profile kept between users. It is built to be modified, with engines, settings and plugins handled in the open, and it can be pointed at the instances you trust or narrowed to specific categories.

People run it as their default search, and organizations use it to give staff a search box that does not report queries to an ad network, or to power an internal search.

Self-hosted, the query log stays on your server where you decide how long to keep it, no provider can sell or profile the traffic, and the instance is a simple service to back up.
