Rundeck

Rundeck is a runbook automation platform that turns operational procedures into repeatable jobs executed over SSH across your servers. Jobs are defined from scripts, commands or Ansible playbooks, and it adds node inventory, ACL policies, a key store for credentials, schedules, webhooks for triggering runs and a full activity log of who did what.

Systems and operations teams use it for standard tasks such as restarting services, applying patches, rotating certificates and running maintenance windows, and to let other teams trigger approved procedures without handing out direct access.

Deployed on infrastructure you control, the inventory of every host and the credentials used to reach them never leave your perimeter, there is no per-job licence to count, and the job definitions and history come back cleanly from a database backup.
