OpenSign is an electronic signature platform where you upload a document, place fields and send it out to be signed. It supports multiple signers, sequential signing order, reusable PDF templates, guest signers verified by an emailed code, expiring documents, and an audit trail with a completion certificate for every finished envelope.

Teams use it for contracts, offer letters and HR paperwork instead of paying per envelope to a commercial vendor, and it can be deployed alongside the rest of your stack.

Hosted on your own servers the documents and signatures stay inside your perimeter, with no per-envelope charges and a straightforward database backup.
