Homebox

Homebox is an inventory and organization system for the home, tracking the items you own, where they live and what else you know about them. Items carry descriptions, quantities, custom fields, photos, purchase details and warranty dates, sit in nested locations and labels, and can be found through search, printable labels and QR codes that open the item on a phone.

People use it to catalogue a garage, a move, a hobby or a household shared with others, and it can be installed without a heavy database to administer.

Since the catalog lives on your own infrastructure, the record of what you own stays private, there is no per-collection fee, and exporting or snapshotting the database makes backup and restore straightforward.
