Docmost

Several people can edit the same page at once in this collaborative wiki and documentation tool, with live cursors, comments, and a page history you can restore from. Content is grouped into spaces for teams or projects, each with its own roles, and pages support tables, callouts, maths, attachments, and embedded Draw.io, Mermaid, or Excalidraw diagrams.

Engineering and operations teams run handbooks and decision records on it, and it imports from Confluence, Notion, and Markdown when you migrate.

Hosting it yourself keeps internal documentation and its search index on infrastructure you own, with exports to Markdown or HTML for backup.
